Hi everyone!
Thank you, again, for encouraging me to "run" for the Board of Selectman!
Here are instructions to "vote by mail" [to protect the health of poll workers]
If you missed the deadline, please come vote on June 2nd!
My main issues for this election are [see Issues & Positions for details]:
- preserve what we have: excellent schools/town services, beautiful town character, naturally affordable housing, a thriving local economy and a healthy middle class
- increase and ensure more of what we don't have: diversity of culture, race, income
- transparency and accountability, to ensure that community resources are used for the community, not for private profit
- fiscal, environmental and social sustainability
- opening our local businesses as quick as possible while being as safe as possible
- rent relief for low wage workers who were laid off when businesses were forced to shut for the health emergen
- focus on land use and limiting growth to what meets community needs, not what meets the needs of private develeopers
- ensure that we achieve racial justice and equity/inclusion in our lifetimes

And PLEASE stay safe, and practice social distancing...and care for each other. We can get through uncertain times by engaging in "mutual aid"
